Marriage certification?  What for? Is this policy has benefit?  The government requires couples who want to get married to have a proper marriage certification for all regions in Indonesia.  Including in Jakarta. PARE You must have been  go to a place and that place was  unique. Well, n o exception in the English village, Pare, Kediri. In addition to the large number of English language institutes,  Pare in this English village certainly has its own uniqueness.  One year ago, I studied at Pare  in   Jawa   Timur .  There  were many unique things that I got on that place. Ngarot ​ Ngarot  i s a traditional festival from   Lelea , West Java. Th is is an annual festival that held before the planting season of rice.  Ngarot  is a sign or symbol to tell villagers that it is the time to plant rice on the rice field. The first rice plant to be planted will be on the head of village’s rice field which named as  carik .
